Contractors: if you do most of your rebar fabrication at the jobsite, the PF-2006 is the machine for you. It is a very compact, portable unit that can BOTH CUT and BEND up to and including (¾” dia.) #6 Grade 60 rebar quickly
and efficiently.
Utilizing a open jaw shear, you can drop the rebar into the cutter anywhere along the length of the bar. The bending angle is set by a control knob, and once set, the unit will repeat the same bend angle for uniform results.
The machine is controlled by a push button or a foot pedal that plugs in. The stopbar attachment gives you ability to fabricate stirrups and/or other types of repetitive cuts and bends quickly and uniformly. The machine plugs into a standard 110 Volt outlet or can be run off of a generator 4000 watts or larger. The unit is easily transportable; two convenient handles allow the machine to be picked up and carried, and there are casters mounted to the bottom of the frame.
Extremely rugged and durable by design, with a non-proprietary hydraulic pump and a 1-year warranty, the PF-2006 will give you years of dependable service, and unlike using torches, our cutter will not damage the rebar from heat transference, and it is much quicker, safer, and more economical than disk or abrasive cutters.
